First to Love Ourselves
Our body is like a beloved pet. The better we take care of it and love it, the happier and healthier it will be. If we neglect an animal, it will become increasingly unhappy and restless. If we feed it too much rich food, or not enough food, or if we fail to exercise it, it will suffer. These are obvious but vital truths. The deeper we enter into the core, the more we want to keep our bodies pure because a pure body leads to a pristine, calm inner state. This does not mean that we should be austere with our body or worry too much about it. Our body is our experimental mirror. If we put it under sustained stress, it will either rebel or collapse. The body is, therefore, as a set of finely tuned scales. Over time we need to learn exactly what it needs to thrive and come into perfect harmony.

There are no shortcuts to success. Yet, with the proper tools and resources, we can accelerate the success so that we can achieve our goals and realize our dreams in far less time than we could have on our own.

Right now, we're standing at the doorway to the most extraordinary life. It's time to seek out our destiny. It's time to see and achieve one dream after another with a clear-headed and confident stride, no matter how big we might think that dream to be. Bring out and embracing our true nature in every moment of our lives. In using love to assist our inner-self, we can co-create Heaven on Earth. We, as human beings, are about " Love." Making it possible to live in a state of loving, compassion for all while still honoring who we indeed are.
